Also, add a half tablespoon of oregano and three to five cloves of chopped garlic. Toss the vegetables so that the oil and seasoning get evenly distributed. Making your version of Mac and Cheese is very simple and easy. You can make your vegan cheese sauce by simply melting vegan cheese or by squashing non-dairy milk.

Crispy baked tofu

Crispy baked tofu is one of the most useful and versatile recipes one can know. This is because it is the simplest vegan meal ideas; it can be a part of various other recipes as well. Bake a few blocks of tofu at a time and lock them in an airtight container. Then place the container in the fridge and use for different meals throughout the week. Bake pieces of tofu can be added to various meals, and the preparation is quite simple. Cut the tofu into cubes or any other shape that you prefer, after pressing and draining the tofu. Then marinade the tofu and ensure that all the pieces are covered. Then cover the bowl of tofu with a plastic wrap and refrigerate it overnight. The longer you refrigerate, the better. Now remove the tofu from the fridge and place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake the tofu for around 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees. Also, keep flipping occasionally, until the tofu is brown and crispy, the way you like it. The crispy baked tofu is ready to be served.
