You can easily watch these videos anytime and anywhere, whether you are commuting or are on your lunch break or are simply lazing at home. There are a plethora of health and wellness channels and videos on YouTube. It is, of course, not possible for you to go through every video. To help you out and make it easier for you, here is a list of some of the popular channels and videos that talk about healthy eating and living:

The blog was started in 2012 and slowly transformed into a YouTube channel. Driven by his healthy eating motto “Our bodies are built in the kitchen; sculpted in the gym,” Curry creates recipes that are easy to make and are wholesome. His recipes are quite exhaustive and make great healthy eating ideas. He regularly posts videos at least once a week. The channel has around 396K subscribers.

High Carb Hannah

Hannah Howlett is an ace YouTuber who runs the supremely popular YouTube channel Life Inside a Box with her husband. While this channel is about minimalistic homes, her other channel, High Carb Hannah, is healthy-eating oriented. Her recipes in this channel are completely low on refined sugar, salt, fat, and oil.
